I might have been under the influence of Werner Bischof when I took this pictures as I had just seen the detailed and worthwhile interactive essay about his photography on Slate.

In the large version one can see the father and son team making a maiden tobogan run down Citadel Hill, in Halifax, after last night's snowfall.

Afternote: I hadn't realized until today (24 Jul 2013) there is some resemblance to Andre Kertesz photo of Washington Sqaure Park taken in 1954 www.higherpictures.com/ImageViewer.aspx?id=372
