Tiramisu

One of the easiest desserts to make. Was supposed to make these for Mother's Day, but we had cherry and apple strudel instead.
Recipe (just for Kate ;)):
Ingredients:
1/2 cup esspresso coffee
1/2 cup coffee liqueur
approx. 16 savoiardis (lady fingers)
1 3/4 cup mascarpone
1 1/2 cup pouring cream
3 tablespoons icing sugar
Method:
1. Mix mascarpone, cream and sugar in a bowl using an electric mixer until peaks form.
2. Break up the savoiardi biscuits, dunk them into the coffe/liqueur mix and place into a glass. Add a dollop of mascarpone mix.
3. Follow with another layer of savoiardis and mascarpone.
4. Dust with some cocoa powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve
