Don't come any nearer

Mom and Dad are both sitting on the nest - and while they both wanted to 'flee' as I got near they were determined to to leave the eggs. They are nesting in the carport and it's fun to watch this 'normal' nest as it's nearly squeezed out by the 5 wasp nests and 20-30 cliff swallow that surround it. But they've staked their territory and they intend to keep it. I can't wait for the babies to arrive!

*just so everyone knows I was respecting these bird's 'personal space' this was taken using digital zoom AND I cropped it to get this close. Doesn't the bird on the left look pissed!
