Impressions of Us

Neal Sanche

We leave impressions of ourselves everywhere we go, in everything we do. We make eye contact with a stranger, we wonder what their impression of us was. We simply walk on the snow, and through the course of the day, that snow turns to ice. But something is there, a fading memory of where we were. An echo in time.

Somewhere in the world, someone is making these impressions, not in ice, but in blood. And the mark is just as fleeting and easily forgotten. None of us should ever forget.

We are all just impressions made in an ever changing universe. Every single one of us matters. No person is expendable. We can all make small differences in that universe and stop echoes in time and blood.
