Trick of the light x 2

My destination for this walk was the nursing home about a mile from my apartment. While "Grandma" slept, I took some photos of her table lamp... lovely frosted glass with shining brass around the borders... The cherry on top was the afternoon sun coming through the window.

[Update: 5/12/2007: Grandma's family recently gave me this table lamp as a keepsake to remind me of the light we brought into each other's lives. ]
