Shari arrived from New Jersey very upbeat and ready to explore Long Island.

New Jersey is just a long car ride from here. Our first activity on the agenda was a boat ride. I insisted she wear a life jacket, especially since I was unaware of her swimming abilities. She assured me that I did not have to worry, after all...she does visit the Jersey shore and is comfortable in and near the water. She is such a good sport, she wore one for me anyway.
