Some random acts of Eggelstonian homage I shot down in Georgia, y'all. I was privileged to see his work up close at the Whitney recently and, though I could not quite capture the inherent wit and absurdity of his most excellent compositions, I did appreciate stepping on the same sultry southern soil that is his element.
