Con Attenzione

It could have come from Leonardo’s studio; the intersection of clarity and diffusion, the marriage of arc and line. The soft human hands, wielding the instruments of mathematics and geometry, half in the light, half in the shadow. Though it is likely incandescent, it could be candlelight and though this young lady is using a mechanical pencil, it might well be a hand cut quill, so timeless are the ideas expressed in her expression and posture. It seems to be true: the more things change, the more they stay the same.
