One last look, just one glance. One last look to see, to be sure, one
last look to reassure.
On my way to bigger and better things, they say. I’m scared but
impatient, apprehensive but happy. Before me the future, behind me the
past. One last look, and why not a picture. Something to remind me,
something to look at, something to boost me when I trip and fall,
doubt and cry. One last look, because this time I’m not going back.
