Waves Over Time
The blue turn of twilight water, the soft swirl of time, the subdued swell of surf. There is no forward or backward here; there is only movement. It’s a fluid world, mutable as memory and just as beautiful, just as heartbreaking.
It’s easy to drift in this dreamscape. It doesn’t carry us away; it just floats us off our feet, holds us suspended on the silent swell of the surf, holds us softly and serenely. Too soon we’re deposited back on our feet, back in the relentless now…but this image will remain, all soft silver and blue, in a secret part of our mind. And we can always return.
