There have been complaints about the weather.
“What is all this rain about?… It ought to be more like summer… And isn’t there a drought?”
And then along comes Sam with his camera and his ordinary place, just a slew of low-slung buildings and a row of parking bays.
There’s a storm coming in and there is this extraordinary light, waiting to be captured.
