N.Y.C. October 18

Even though you may have never  been to New York, you can sense it here in this image.

The sounds of impatient taxi drivers, the noise of a construction site, the acrid smell of fog and car fumes.

Low light showing the first signs of winter. Car tail lights.

The sound of engines braking, the hush of tyres on damp roads.

Stop lights turning green, a rush of traffic speeding up.

You may have never  been to NYC but through the power of photography you can sense it all in the blink of an eye.
