not pie
No worries about a soggy bottom here. No debates about crust above and below, nor any over what exactly constitutes a pie.
Like cheesecake — which probably isn’t even a cake if we’re being honest — this is definitely not pie.
It’s proof that even if it looks like a pie, it doesn’t mean it’s a pie. Even though it is at least part-baked, or to be precise, part of it is baked.
One thing is sure though, it’s definitely a feast for the eyes.
