Dawn Through the Window

It’s the turn of a decade and you might be wondering how can it be that our house is literally burning, people are dying and species are being wiped out at the southern tip of our world.  Our children have warned us of this and still those with the power put energy into denying instead of making a step towards saving our planet.

You may be waking up from a New Year reverie to find a crisis unfolding in the Middle East. Assassinations, retaliations, and now an air crash. You might feel for the people who have been lost and their loved ones who are left in a bewildering sea of grief.

There may be a dark times in the house but if you look outside there will be a glimmer of a new dawn. Maybe you can’t see it yet, but it is there outside the window, promising better times ahead if you can only keep going.
