Distant Marin Headlands

You don’t always have to wait until the light is perfect.

It can be flat light, the sort of meh light when you wouldn’t even think about getting your camera out. No shadows, precious little in the way of highlights, and the golden hour? Don’t even mention it.

But if you take the trouble of getting that camera from wherever it’s stashed, in a pocket or a bag, you can catch the mood of  hazy day and turn it into something like this.
