I don't remember what we were all doing, probably recovering from a night of debauchery in our rental house but as I sat perpendicular to the lads and watching them ponder it struck me how cinematic this felt. I snapped a couple of frames with my old rangefinder and hoped I had guessed the exposure right. Once I had the negs back I was elated to see the results.
