9 Ways to Go Green!

Phoenix Coverley

1. Bring your own bag
2. Grow houseplants to increase oxygen and expel C02.
3. insulate the hot water heater and upgrade to energy efficient appliances (you'll get a rebate and they'll usually haul the old one away for free.)
4. Conserve Energy - our bill is $40/mo, the average household is over $300-.
5. Bring your own glass, better yet, reuse one.
6. Eat out of your garden.
7. Eat local produce and fish.
8. Skip the lawn and grow low/ no water plants in the front yard instead.
9. Replace the old bulbs with compact fluorescents.

These are all things I do to greenify my life. Plus, I ride a bike when I can to try to counteract all the driving I do the rest of the time. What do you do?
