where the plan fell apart

The plan was simple. Use the pink M&Ms from the breast cancer fund-raiser along with the tidy pink bow the candy had come wrapped in to balance the effervescent brown of a little coca cola. But I got distracted at a critical point in the process, and by the time I got back to it, the ribbon had come untied, the coke had gone flat, the M&Ms had become coke-logged, and the cola had infiltrated into parts of the ribbon.

But that's what happens, right? You make plans, the plans fall apart, and you get on with stuff anyway. This isn't what I'd planned for this Iron Photographer photo...but I sort of like it anyway.
