I hadn't changed the haiku
This is what you get!

1 - a building (Hilltop Library)
2 - b&w (and gray)
3 - vignetting (yup!)

I took a shot or two, realized I needed to tweak it a little higher for a better composition. I'm happy with this, and the longer exposure meant that almost everyone is motion blurred. Art!
