It seems all black things I own have aperture blades or a shutter.

Which is not true. I have a lot of black t-shirts and stuff, but I would get in serious trouble if I would put them on the breakfast table. Which is where I shoot this, like many other shots. You have a lot of spare time if you eat nothing in the morning, and there is always a raptor or a horse doing a funny face.
