I found that cup on the lawn about three weeks ago. I figured some young mother and her child dropped it while taking a walk, so I put it in the middle of the sidewalk so they could easily find it if they returned to look for it.

It stayed there for a few days, then somebody moved it from the sidewalk to the top of the mailbox. It stayed there until I needed it for this photo. The wind blew it off on occasion, but somebody always returned it to the mailbox. After the rain stops, I'll probably return it to the mailbox. Or maybe I'll just keep it. It's hard to say.
