A portrait, oval, on the weathered , brownish yellow, wall of the old café (brown pub) "Koophandel (the name means "Merchandise" in Flemish/Dutch) in the village Noeveren which is a part of Niel/Boom and lies in the province of Antwerp, Belgium.
The old café dates back several decades and it is unique in it's kind.
