Fall Colours

Ian Blum

The last vestiges of rain have fallen,
The final drop has hit the ground.
The suns glorious rays purify the destruction
But they also illuminate it, bringing it into sharp relief.

The surrounding death looks like a plague,
Making the fallen leaves seem like sloughed off skin,
Making the yellow grass appear as though aflame
It's all an illusion, a shared hallucinatory event whereby we are all tricked into thinking the end is nigh.

But it is not the end my friends,
Only the start of a new beginning,
Only the beginning of a new start.
See you in the spring

This is the most interesting photo with the TAG: Trial. I even beat out a wicked picture of Sadam in the Courtroom. Let that be a lesson to all the other Dictators around the world :P
