Me and my Camera(s)

This is me. These are my cameras. It is a loose coterie of disparate things, for the most part. aside from the three (yes three) 50mm lenses, the fraternal twin Nikon FM's and their young cousin, the D200.

Like the ancient samurai, when I take pictures, I strive to make the camera an extension of not only my body, but my soul. I reach out with the lens, I capture the picture with the camera, and all is right, all is light...

Ok... so usually all is not right with my pictures, in fact, if I could get most of them half right, I'd be happier for it. My photography, like my drawing allow creativity to flow... Sometimes I need this release, almost as much as I need to eat or sleep.
