Utata Thursday Walk 33 (no. 3)
I am trying to get fitter, slimmer and healthier, I have lost about 1.5 UK stones or 9.5kg since September. The Utata walk just gives me that extra impetus to get off of my butt and do something.
(Unfortunately I accidentaly pressed reset putting this back onto my belt, so I will revisit this idea next time.)
