Flight of the Eagle

Brian Hathcock

Utata's most recent project is called Bird's Eye View for which one is to "take a photo (or photos) of the landscape from the highest point you can get to." I did this yesterday by going to Morrow Mountain, about 25 minutes from my house. While there, I saw this eagle flying about and suddenly had an idea. The result is above. I don't know if this disqualifies me from the project, being a manipulated photo, but I thought it was a neat idea.

The flight of the bird is obvious except for the two positions of the upper middle and lower right. I had been shooting all day and was nearly running out of both memory and battery. Those two instances are of the bird a few minutes after the main flight.

The small picture above is really an inadequate view, so:
Larger view (1024x367) and Original size (1953x700) recommended
