Traffic along the coast is always a bit of a crawl. Surfers slowing to check the waves, cars searching for the ever elusive parking spot, people crossing streets bedecked with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, maybe even a couple of kids in tow. One of the best things about being at the coast is that conditions are always changing. Not just the ocean, or the weather, but the people who are out and about. Sunny days and the beaches are packed. While on an overcast day, you might only find the surfers out making their rounds. And on a holiday weekend there are crowds on every corner.
