turning out the lights

At some point, usually between midnight and 0200, I go to bed and read.

Because I don't have a straight job, because I've worked from home for years, the pandemic isolation has had relatively little effect on my daily life. I miss coffee shops, I miss pubs and restaurants, I miss hanging out with others, but aside from wearing a mask when i buy groceries, my life remains largely unchanged.
