a young fisherman alongside the sea canal "Brussels-Schelde" trying to catch some fish on this early morning thursday, a bright and sunny day but rather cold.I was riding my bycicle alongside the canal (which goes through the village of Wintam in the province of Antwerp, Belgium) when I saw this young man having a smoke by the canal.I got of my bike and started a conversation.I asked the guy if I could take a couple of pictures.This photo belongs to the best in this batch.In all I shot 232 photos of whom only 30 where worth the effort.But hey, such is the game of photography, you win some and you loose some.I'm still figuring out if its the quantity that counts, or the quality ?
