Commute 2
The 2nd photo in the series and we're on the M60 Manchester ring road near Swinton, one of the busiest sections of motorway in the country. It's not surprising it's so busy, in the space of 10 miles the M60, M61, M62, M602, M66 and M56 motorways meet. It's a main east-west, north-south crossroads that also feeds the nearby airport and Trafford Centre shopping mall. Luckily we don't have to negotiate the eternal traffic jam that lies ahead. We're leaving behind the chance to drive to Trafford Park, L'pool, B'ham and the south. Instead we're heading north. The next piece of music is by L'pool's finest band.
