Track Ends

I didn’t need to worry if I was on the right track. I had fun as the idea ran the course of its life cycle. Not every idea needs to, or should be developed and born into the world, not that we could accomplish this even if we tried.

I had an idea while sitting on the porch swing that morning. I had enjoyed my coffee and found an amusing way to while some time. Then, I looked up from my thoughts and Poof! It was gone: the idea had vanished into thin air. It was time to get back to my day. I enjoyed the moment then let it go. It was the journey, not the end product.

I could have over-thought and belabored the idea and flogged it to death.

But this time, I didn’t.
