Jackson Park

Within the City of Peterborough the TCT cuts through Jackson Park, a wooded area along Jackson Creek. Westward takes you to the Kawartha Lakes trail and eastward the Lang-Hastings trail. Nogojiwanong, Ojibwa for “place at the end of rapids,” was the name of the area before it was named Peterborough.
