Some stretches of the skywalk are open and bright, with light bouncing wildly around, reflecting off every surface. Other stretches are dim and murky, the light filtered through thick glass bricks, blocked by or reflected off buildings, shaded by trees. In any given segment of the system the light changes radically hour by hour.
