Making music with our hands predates recorded history. Drums, flutes, bells, piano, flute, cello, trumpet and guitar all have their unique hand movements. I am often drawn away from the musical performance by the movements of the musician's hands. I am a big fan of instruments that are played with a bow. I can be mesmerized by the fiddler in an Irish band or a chamber orchestra's cellist. Yo-Yo Ma I love your hands!
